Good location close to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful.
Poor cleanliness, smoky rooms, and noisy male staff who have no regard for guests. The manager was rude and unprofessional, without any apology for mistakes and charged me for an extra bottle.

The complimentary welcome drink and snacks were nice. the location is convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. Plus, the room had a good view of the city.
the power supply kept getting disrupted for some maintenance work.

We enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk to the city bus station and nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot shower. We appreciated the polite and English speaking staff who made our stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The supervisor, Praveen, was helpful and attentive. The room attendees were accommodating. The young receptionist was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet street in a busy area. Location is excellent, with shopping and restaurants nearby. Staff were nice and offered a tasty breakfast.
Nothing could have been better.
